Description
White rum is made from sugar cane. After fermentation, the distillate is obtained by vertical distillation. The resulting alcohols are filtered if necessary to achieve the necessary transparency. The drink has an unusual taste, which gradually reveals notes of caramel, almonds, and exotic fruits. A slight pepper bitterness adds piquancy to the light rum. The aroma is dominated by fruit and caramel, these shades are complemented by almonds, the smell of fresh mown grass and vanilla.
